Bill was a senior evaluator at INPO completing accreditation evaluations for about one third of the US nuclear sites. In addition, Bill has a strong operations background from the US Navy.  Since, INPO, Mr. Lindsey has provided substantial training assistance in training recoveries as well as conducted training and mentored new training managers.

Bill McNeill

     Mr. McNeill is a power plant professional with a broad technical, supervisory and managerial experience base in the areas of training, EP, outage management, radiation protection and industrial safety as well as maintenance and reactor operations (Engineering Watch Supervisor) in the US Navy. Bill is an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) authorized outreach trainer.

     Mr..Pardi has over thirty years of progressive experience in nuclear plant operations. Licensed or certified on three different reactor designs. Provides extensive regulatory and technical expertise and problem solving experience to identify and resolve issues. Developed and implemented improvement initiatives in Operations, Work Management, Maintenance, Licensing, Training, conduct of FIN team, and Radwaste Operations. Experience with design and license basis reviews (FSAR, EDSFI, OSRE). Neal Quigley

     Mr. Neal Quigley is a nuclear power plant professional with a broad range of managerial and implementation experience in the area of Mechanical Design and Systems Engineering. Neal is an accomplished professional engineer (licensed) experienced in engineering and project management, mechanical system design, testing, and analysis. Possess over 30 years of extensive and successful oversight and implementation of engineering and performance-related activities at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS). Recognized by Site Management for exceptional adherence to industry engineering standards and nuclear regulatory requirements as well as for my proactive approach to problem resolution. Since 1998, Neal has successfully managed three different Engineering Division Groups (Nuclear Systems, Mechanical Engineering, and Engineering Programs) and, most recently, the Maintenance Division Programs Group, overseeing the work of 70 employees during tenure as supervisor and manager, including component and plant systems engineering support functions, plant modifications, design calculations, nuclear fuel management, preventive maintenance program implementation, self-assessment, contract management, training coordination activities, and implementation of programs tied to the plant operating license.

Mike Werner

     Mr. Mike Werner has over 39 years of operational and safety leadership in the commercial nuclear power industry. Prior to Werner Leading Solutions, he served as the General Manager of Nuclear Oversight for a Fortune 500 utility company based in the Midwest focusing on Quality Assurance and Safety Conscious Work Environment. Mike has also performed in that same senior leadership role for six nuclear power plants in NRC Region III.  Mr. Werner was a nuclear Plant Manager of a dual unit Pressurized Water Reactor for five years, during which time he provided the leadership and oversight for a $120 million steam generator replacement project that was completed on time, under budget and without a single recorded personnel injury. He possessed a NRC issued Reactor Operators License as well as a Senior Reactor Operator License and was qualified as a simulator instructor and was responsible for the development and administration of initial license, audit, and operator requalification exams. Mike has significant experience in the area of labor relations and has successfully negotiated several first time labor agreements as well as several renewals of existing labor agreements. In addition, he was the safety Manager of a nuclear power plant where he led the station in earning the highest safety performance award from the Minnesota Safety Council for six consecutive years and established an industry leading injury prevention program. Mr. Werner has participated as an industry executive/team USA Nuclear Safety, Culture Assessments, Nuclear Industry Evaluation Program Assessments and several Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Training Academy accreditation renewal mock boards, lead Nuclear Safety Culture Assessment Teams for Utility Service Alliance at for multiple United States stations and led a multi-national team for a first time assessment of six nuclear units in Slovakia. Mike has more than 25 years of safety and civic leadership serving as a firefighter/paramedic in his community. He was an elected official for the positions of city council for eight years and mayor for 16 years. Mike has served on numerous boards of directors and played a key role in establishing the growth strategy for his city and other Minnesota cities through the Minnesota League of Mayors.
