Developed process to incorporate WFP assumption into annual budget cycle

Automated payroll system -
Led the design of the first automated payroll system process from a historical, manual piecework system of calculating wages.
This system was very successful and used by the organization for 15 years before switching systems to ADP.
The project required significant payroll expertise and partnership with the IT programmer dedicated to the project in addition to developing a detailed and controlled testing process.
It required effective communication and training for the payroll staff switching to the new system.
