Mike Gettle, PMP

Mr. Michael Gettle is nuclear power plant professional with extensive experience in the diverse areas of accreditation, training, human resource development , performance improvement, corrective action and engineering. He is experienced in the development of processes and programs for both nuclear and non-nuclear facilities. Mr. Gettle’s experience includes INPO accreditation and evaluation efforts (including simulator evaluations), utility accreditation maintenance and probation recovery efforts, development of training processes and procedures, equipment reliability and maintenance rule. Mr. Gettle is also SRO certified.
