Depending on the position, we can offer three types of employment: contract, contact-to-hire, and NWI employment.  In many cases, you can actually make more money doing contract work with a staffing company than you can with a permanent position. The length of the assignment varies according to our client company's needs. Some are short-term; some are long-term. We work to match the right person with the right job, so if you desire long-term assignments with 40-hour work weeks, then we'll strive to put you in that type of assignment, however the assignments are subject to our clients needs. Our recruiting services are completely free to you, the job seeker. Companies who partner with us to find talented employees pay for the service. What are the advantages of working for NWI?   Here are answers to some frequently asked questions...
 
Contract employees are paid bi-monthly by NWI. Typically contract employees are based on the number of hours worked and the position's pay rate; in some cases contract employees are paid a salary. Direct placement employees are paid in accordance with our client company's payroll policies. Following a short time period, contract employees working at least 40 hours a week are eligible for NWI benefits which currently include a 401K plan. Many times you can make more money as a contract employee than as a direct hire permanent employee.

NWI is with you every step of the way and you won't be alone on your first day. Our personal service many times includes meeting you at your new place of employment on your first day, introducing you to your supervisor and colleagues, checking in to see how your transition is going, and making ourselves available for any future assistance you may need in your career. Even before your current job finishes, NWI recruiters will be working to make sure your next exciting opportunity is lined up and ready for you.
